We have recently learned of sites offering copyrighted material for free without this author's (or any author's) consent.  They are aggregating email addresses and trying to get customers to register with credit information.  Often, the sites exhibit the same poor English seen in phishing scams and scam emails.  DO NOT VISIT THESE SITES! They are stealing from me, and the very definition of piracy says THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU! I have no FREE offers other than those (when available) appearing on this site.  My work may be purchased only through Amazon, and/or Lulu.com.  All links on any other sites should lead to one of these for purchases.  Please report any others to me using the contact page on this site or by email to caturek@paginationbooks.com.
